Volume 24 (Winter 1980) to Vol. 26, No. 4 (March/April 2002) click here for list. HISTORY Saxophone Journal started out as a newsletter in 1973 named SAXOPHONE SHEET. The newsletter contained both products for sale and several articles per issue. Early contributing writers included David Demsey, Paul Evoskevich, David Gibson, Roger Greenberg, Harry Gee, Ralph Morgan, Robert Ronzello, Jack Snavely, Paul Harvey, David Pituch, Chris Vadala, Kenneth Radnofsky, Andrew White, Laurence Wyman, Dennis Bamber, among others. In late 1980 the SAXOPHONE SHEET newsletter changed it’s name to Saxophone Journal and contained only saxophone related articles with our merchandise products moved to its own catalogue |
